Saint Joseph

The old altar of Saint Joseph built in 1870 by "The partnership for the good death" was destroyed during the works of 1964.
The old statue from Mayer's workshop of Munich was replaced by a very nice sculpture of Mr VERNHES representing Saint Joseph craftsman holding his carpenter's tools.

Saint Joseph husband of Blessed Virgin Mary, foster-father of the Lord, Holy Family's protector is also the Patron and the Protector of the Universal Church.
Feasts on 19th March and 1st May (St Joseph worker).

There exists an important pilgrimage consecrated to Saint Joseph, in the department of Hérault, in the city of MONTROUGE - PUISMISSON.
